Diagnostics:
Diagnostics is $40. For first time customers $20 will go towards the total repair bill. For Diagnostics a tech will go through your whole computer and check for hardware and software problems. Nothing is fixed until customer has OKed the fixed and cost. If customer doesn't want to get the computer fixed their is only a Diagnostics charge. Diagnostics usually takes 24-48 hours. Within that time you will get a call from the Computer Guyz.

Labor Per hour:
Labor per hour is $75 in-shop for installing hardware and software. Normally Installing software and hardware takes about 1 hour total for a tech being at your computer. Rest of the time it is your computer working or installing things and tech doesn't have to be at the computer for that. Depending how many computer are in shop at the same time most repairs and upgrades takes 48 hours to be completed. One computer isn't worked on at a time. Typically a tech is working 5 computers besides yours (sometimes more).

Reloading of Windows (W$R) - $150
You must bring in your copy of windows and you must have the CD Key on your case or in your Windows booklet before we will reload windows on your computer. If you do not have these two things then you need to buy a copy of windows. Click here for prices on Software

Data Backup - $90 (plus cost of Blank CDR's or DVDR's)
Computer Guyz will backup your data if you are buying a new computer from us or your computer needs Windows to be reloaded. We can put the data back on your hard drive when it is all done or we can put it on a Blank CDRW disk or a Blank DVDR Disk. The data will then be put on your Desktop in a folder called "Old Hard Drive Data" if you don't want it on a Disk. Computer Guyz can NOT backup programs. You will have to reinstall programs when you get the computer back or if you bring in your program disks Computer Guyz will load it for you.
